Close all open browser tabs
Close any remaining open browser windows
Open a new Chrome browser tab
In the address bar, enter
```
chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
```
Press enter
Select "Advanced"
Under "Time range" select "All time" from the drop-down
CHECK only the following selections:
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and files
- Site settings
- Hosted app data
Click Clear data
Log out of the Chromebook
Log into the Chromebook
